Service Call rate $125 plus $30 an hour travel plus $.59 per mile from Mount Vernon. Diagnostic for repair includes up to the first hour if repair can be made on the spot without ordering parts. We do our best to have generic parts on hand. If parts are needed to be ordered, there is an additional trip charge plus price of ordered parts.
Please email or text pictures of your spa and equipment with a brief explanation of the issue you’re experiencing. This will help determine which parts are needed and prepare to have those on hand during the repair. Doing so also makes one trip and avoid additional charges and getting you back in hot water sooner!
